Kevin Reichert
Enjoys: Spending time with his family, performing magic, playing in his billiard league, nature walks with his dogs and stargazing.
Travel: Fortunate to have visited 30 states in the USA, the Canadian Rockies, most of Honshu Island, Japan and a few countries in Europe.

History: Born and raised in a small town in the Midwest, the eldest of four children, Kevin grew up loving computers and art. After graduating high school with honors, he went on to become the ‘go-to guy’ in his home town for computer-related issues and design projects while he excelled in his computer classes in college. In addition to learning several computer languages, Kevin also studied spoken languages, Spanish and Japanese. He graduated SIU with a degree in computer programming with a minor in art.
After college, Kevin lived in Japan for a summer, touring and designing for Nihon Chikasui. In the fall, he moved to Seattle where he worked as a programmer for AT&T. Later he was hired by IBM to build, test and install computers at Boeing. The testing process for the builds was arduous and time-consuming so Kevin wrote a program that automated the process cutting the test time by 75%. The software was implemented throughout the Seattle branch. Kevin was recognized for his achievement and awarded the IBM National Service Division Award for Excellence.
Eventually Kevin would leave IBM to begin a successful, independent career in graphic design. He contracted positions with several top companies in Seattle, including Creative Director at KIRO News and Media Designer at Starbucks’ Corporate office in Seattle before accepting an exclusive contract with American Family Magazine.
Today, Kevin still holds positions as the Chief Editor and Web site administrator. He leads a great team of writers from across the nation and develops marketing campaigns for clients around the world.
